Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents

- Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating social media posts and updating listings on various platforms

- Conduct market research and gather data to assist with client presentations and reports

- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and other virtual communication tools

- Maintain and update client database and files

- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses

- Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

- Handle general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry

- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

- 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
