The Epic Willow Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of Epic Willow Pharmacy applications across the organization. The role serves as the primary application and workflow expert for pharmacy-related Epic functionality, ensuring that system design supports safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered medication management processes. The Epic Willow Analyst partners closely with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, clinical informatics, operational stakeholders, and information technology teams to translate clinical and business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
