To support the day-to-day health of the EpicCare Ambulatory application, the full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Analyst will diagnose issues, build and test changes, and contribute to project and upgrade work while collaborating with a close-knit team to enhance patient access to care. Key responsibilities Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data to identify root causes and underlying business needs Gather and document requirements through stakeholder conversations, translating business needs into clear, testable requirements Build, test, and validate changes to EpicCare Ambulatory, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation of build decisions and results Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation, ideally within Epic Active Epic Ambulatory certification required at time of hire Well-rounded experience across ambulatory workflows rather than a single specialty Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes and recommend solutions Proficiency in documenting requirements and system changes clearly for diverse audiences
